We were brought on by EA Sports to create the new Madden 25 launch trailer, featuring San Francisco 49ers player Christian McCaffrey. In a game where tackles last only seconds, we wanted to slow things down, crafting a film that celebrates the impact of each play in slow motion, almost like a dance. By merging game footage with cinematic live-action and CGI, we explored the physics of the game, capturing hyper-detailed shots and visual insights that live gameplay can't convey. We filmed the trailer at St. John Bosco High School in California and it went live in August 2024 across EA Sports' social channels.
